I had water damage twice within a month and had Restoration 1 perform the remediation services both times. The remediation was needed to be done in a short period of time and Restoration 1 made sure the repairs were done before that. They are very professional and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend!

We had some water damage on our ceiling. On the phone, David explained it was minor damage and unlikely to get worse soon. He visited within a couple of days, inspected our attic and gave us the peace of mind that there was no obvious cause. He clearly explained how to fix the minor damage ourselves at little cost and what the next step will be if the damage returns or gets worse. Thank you David for the excellent customer service!

My husband and I were very happy with the quality of service that Restoration 1 Calgary provided. From the time I had called to book an appointment, to when Andre and his team came to our house, Restoration 1 had made the process very seamless and stress-free. I had a plumbing incident at 12:30 a.m. I called a 24 hr plumber but they were no help. Got the water turned off, called my insurance and they directed me to Rainbow. Received a call back from them within 15 of hanging up with the call center. Despite being 2:15 a.m. Rick took my call, answered my questions and promised a crew within the hour. He called again to give me a status update. The team arrived as promised and immediately got to work drying the water, assessing the damage and working with my insurance. Jeff was amazing as were the rest of the crew. The team worked thru the day and continued to keep me informed every step of the way. One week after the flood, they were still there helping. I hope to never need their services again, but if I ever have an emergency, they will be the company I call.

We recently had major water damage due to a washing machine overflow. Rainbow came out to the house on a Sunday night over a three day weekend and proceeded to take the action necessary to prevent further damage working late into the night. They also completed the entire dry out which took several days and a lot of hard work. Always arrived on time and did what they promised and kept me informed of each step. It was a pleasure to deal with the entire team. I would not hesitate to recommend them for any restoration works.

Rainbow International was highly responsive when we had a pipe burst in the single digit temperatures. The team was very thorough and the local owner was onsite for the entire project. Recommended.

We had a leak & Rainbow responded immediately! The owner came & measured moisture levels, set up a fan to dry the wall. Great service, knowledgable response. Highly recommend them.
